Jeanne Elmuccio has been involved in Sweet Adelines for more than twenty-five years in many capacities and is currently the Director of the award-winning Heart of New Jersey Chorus.
Jeanne is a Certified SAI Harmony 500 Director, an SAI Approved Arranger. She is also a member of the Barbershop Harmony Society and Harmony Incorporated.
She brings many years of barbershop experience as a chorus member of two international level choruses, medaling quartet member, music team, assistant director, and in-house arranger. She has served on the regional management team, serves as a member of the regional faculty, as well as having served on several arranger task forces at the international level.
Outside of the barbershop world, Jeanne has a broad musical background, having graduated from the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music, and served as Director of Music at Calvary Lutheran Church in Cranford, NJ for 20 years. She begins a new position as the Music Director at First Lutheran Church in Clifton, NJ in 2026.
